The ideal candidate will have strong Primavera P6 scheduling expertise and experience supporting engineering teams through planning, coordination, reporting, and schedule management.This position will collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to maintain project schedules, analyze performance, support process improvements, and ensureproject milestones are achieved.=Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Scheduling & Engineering SupportDevelop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.Support engineering teams with project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks or delays.Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and project status updates.Assist with engineering documentation and technical coordination.Technical SupportTroubleshoot scheduling and project tracking issues.Support system maintenance, reporting, and engineering data management.Analyze project performance and recommend scheduling improvements.Participate in incident reviews and root cause analysis when required.Process ImprovementSupport implementation of new or enhanced scheduling processes.Assist in improving project controls and reporting procedures.Collaborate with project teams to optimize scheduling practices.Utilize reporting tools such as Power BI for project analysis when applicable.Team CollaborationWork closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams.Mentor junior team members on scheduling best practices when needed.Maintain accurate project documentation and scheduling records.Minimum Qualifications4–7+ years of relevant engineering support or scheduling experience.Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.Prior design engineering scheduling experience.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree preferred.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting nuclear projects.Experience with Power BI or similar analytics/reporting tools.Experience implementing scheduling systems or process improvements.Work EnvironmentOnsite role located in Jackson, MS.Collaborative engineering and project environment.Standard business hours.BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401(k)Paid Sick LeaveEEOC ComplianceWe are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race,color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.DisclaimerAI Usage Policy: AI may be used to assist in the application screening process.
