Provide instructional leadership through data-driven strategies, professional development, and curriculum alignment to meet diverse student needs and improve outcomes. Promote student success by implementing MTSS, improving attendance, and ensuring equitable discipline while enhancing college and career readiness opportunities. Manage resources effectively, maintain campus safety, and strengthen family and community engagement to support holistic student development.
