The Account Manager will manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves handling personal/commercial lines coverage and ensuring the smooth coordination of account management activities. Building relationships with clients and working seamlessly with the internal team will be critical to success in this position.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Personal or Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance policiesExperience in Account Management, including maintaining and managing client accountsP&C Licensed in the state of MissouriSkilled in providing exceptional Customer Service to clientsFamiliarity or experience with Agency Management Products (Vertafore: AMS360, Applied: EPIC)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independentlyProficiency in office software and tools commonly used in the insurance industry
