The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of handmade concept art cards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with artists and vendors, maintaining inventory, and optimizing workflow efficiency. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting potential production challenges and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.QualificationsProduction Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvement skillsQuality Control, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving expertiseTeam Leadership and Vendor Coordination skillsStrong Organizational and Time Management abilitiesEffective Communication and Team Collaboration skillsExperience with handcrafted art, design, or similar creative production processes is a plusProficiency in project management tools or software is a bonusBachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Production, or a related field is preferred3+ years in print production (UV flatbed strongly preferred)Experience leading or managing a small teamStrong understanding of print workflows and production environmentsMechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting equipmentAbility to stay organized and perform under deadlines
