BCBA (Titusville and surrounding Brevard communities) – $90 per Hour We’re hiring 2 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support families in Titusville and nearby North Brevard communities. Service areas may include Mims, Port St. John, Scottsmoor, Cocoa, Cape Canaveral, and Merritt Island, based on your availability and client needs. >> What We Offer: Top-tier BCBA hourly rate in the area: $90/hour Start with 4 to 10 cases (you choose what fits your schedule) Flexible caseload growth based on your preference Steady clinical and administrative support to keep your days efficient >> Key Responsibilities: Complete initial assessments and confirm clinical priorities with caregivers Build individualized behavior plans with clear, measurable targets Provide ongoing supervision and direction for RBTs to ensure strong implementation Review data trends routinely and update programs to keep progress moving Deliver caregiver coaching that translates skills into daily routines Coordinate with schools and community providers when applicable to support consistency >> Client and Setting Overview You’ll typically support children who benefit from ABA services focused on communication, social skills, independence, and behavior reduction that impacts learning and family routines. Services are commonly delivered in-home, and may also occur in daycare, school settings, or community locations depending on authorizations and family goals. >> Qualifications Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Experience with functional assessment and treatment planning Strong skills in data-based decision making and clinical documentation Understanding of HIPAA and professional documentation standards Comfort supervising RBTs and collaborating with caregivers and teams Background supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral needs Apply today.
