We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.We are seeking a Plant Team - Pipe for County Materials in Astatula, FL.Job DutiesSet up and clean up steel pallets for concrete moldsCut, bend and place welded wire mesh and steel rebarPrepare forms for filling concreteClean up and maintain equipment after daily runsAssemble forms & molds for concrete productionGeneral facility maintenance and housekeepingPerforms general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materialsRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobOther tasks as neededWork EnvironmentWork in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsWork in a noisy environmentPhysical RequirementsCarrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequentlyCarrying/Lifting > 40 Pounds occasionallyStanding / Walking / ClimbingSquatting/Crouching/Kneeling/BendingPushing / Pulling / Reaching Above ShoulderExperience & QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.0-2 years of related experience.Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.Exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operationAbility to perform well as a teamSelf motivator and must be flexible in order to accommodate needs of your team.Safety minded when performing tasksAbility and willingness to learn and be trainedSummaryThe County Materials Family of Companies connects candidates with rewarding careers in concrete manufacturing, an industry that’s growing faster than most.
