Job Description Thank you for considering Developmental Pathways!Developmental Pathways is seeking an experienced Controller to join and support our Finance team and work as a Controller. Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.Position Responsibilities Payroll operation management.Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsConduct general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processesPerform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial dataAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecastsOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsEnsure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standardsPrepare and submit regulatory reports as requiredAssist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controlsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making processes **QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation is a plus)Paycom expertise a mustProven experience in corporate accounting or related fieldStrong knowledge of IFRS and other accounting principlesProficiency in general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeepingExperience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processesExcellent analytical skills with attention to detailStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systemsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentWe offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.
