Spa Supervisor - World Equestrian Center - Ocala, FL

Job Summary:The Spa Supervisor oversees daily operations of the spa to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient workflow, and adherence to brand standards. This role supports the Spa Manager by supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and managing scheduling and inventory. Primary Responsibilities:Supervise spa team members, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees. Monitor treatment quality and guest satisfaction; resolve issues promptly. Manage inventory of products and supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed. Support sales initiatives, including upselling treatments and retail products. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, payroll assistance, and record keeping. Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and AbilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in spa or wellness preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in spa operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends. Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications. Customer service excellence and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and coach team members. Detail-oriented with strong time management.
