Smoke Shop Cashier

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items efficiently while ensuring accuracy - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Promote and upsell products or services to customers - Perform product demonstrations when required Experience: - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of wireless sales or technology sales is a plus - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively - Proficient in retail math for cash handling and transactions - Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries Skills: - Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset for effective communication with diverse customers - Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
