Sai Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team and support one of our direct clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional looking to provide high-quality IT support in a dynamic environment.
Work Schedule:
First 30 days: 100% on-site for training.
Post-training: Hybrid schedule (2-3 days on-site, rotational basis).
Note: Parking is not provided for contractors.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer helpdesk phone calls and emails, ensuring timely response and ticket creation.
Assign tickets to helpdesk analysts as needed.
Perform password resets and unlock AD, eSCC, and RSA accounts.
Handle new hire PC builds and deployment of equipment.
Reimage and redeploy PCs returned to the Helpdesk.
Install software on end-user PCs as requested.
Troubleshoot PC issues and provide end-user support.
Manage loaner laptops, ensuring updates, patches, and reimaging as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT technical support or helpdesk role.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, PC imaging, and software installations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
