Pay Max USD $60.00/Hr.Our CompanyRehab Without Walls Neuro RehabilitationOverviewOccupational Therapist - Full-Time - Walnut Creek, CA - Rehab Without Walls NeurorehabilitationWho we are looking for:An experienced OT, seeking a primary therapist role from evaluation to dischargeCaseload: 40 hours (Salary), 5-7 patients per week (typically, 5 patients with 6 hours of treatment each)Providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home, school, work, or in the communityTreat your client beyond a staged environment into real life experiences like cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the workplaceYou thrive in an autonomous setting, and value being a part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapistsWhat you will receive:Flexible Schedule Created by YouIn-Person, 1:1 therapy with indirect services from home (documentation/communication)Continuity of Care as the Primary Therapist from Eval to DischargeTeam collaboration & Co-TreatsDrive Time Mileage ReimbursementNo weekend shiftsEducational Program AccessGrowth/Advancement OpportunitiesResponsibilitiesWhat you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:Perform evaluations and develop treatment plansRegularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferencesPerform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family membersCommunicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomesQualificationsWhat you will need:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing Current CPR CertificationA minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational TherapistDemonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferredAbout our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
