Java Full Stack Developer- W2 Only

Locations: Wilmington, DE/ Columbus, OH (Onsite- 5 days/week)

Duration: 6 months contract initially on (W2 only)

Job Description: Deliver production-grade solutions by integrating agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, MCP, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, and automation to elevate how clients experience our products. Build end-to-end capabilities across a cloud-native stack— React + TypeScript/JavaScript on the front end and Java/Spring Boot microservices on the back end. Establish strong engineering practice through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker), automated testing and load testing (e.g., Blazemeter), and production observability/monitoring (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).Design, deploy, and operate scalable, event-driven micros-services on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, serverless compute, and messaging patterns. Partner with product, design, data, architecture, and risk/control stakeholders to deliver secure, stable, and scalable AI solutions that solve real business problems

Nice to have: Python experience for LLM engineering
