Our members expect an elevated experience, and we’re looking for a Membership Experience Coordinator to ensure every visit is seamless, welcoming, and exceptional.Job Overview:As the Membership Experience Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for members, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and effortlessly guided through their wellness journey. This role involves scheduling, assisting members with equipment, and creating a hospitality-driven environment that enhances the overall MedHouse experience.
