This is a unique opportunity for talented Software Developers to design and deliver high-impact systems, shaping the future of digital accounting—all while working remotely within a high-caliber team.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions to support advanced accounting workflows and data management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Implement and optimize back-end and front-end components using modern programming languages and frameworks.Develop and maintain database architectures for efficient data storage, retrieval, and reporting.Ensure application security, compliance, and data integrity aligned with accounting regulations and standards.Leverage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development, testing, and deployment workflows.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across multiple technology stacks.Maintain comprehensive documentation and promote best practices in code management using Git/GitHub.Must-Have Skills:Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, or Go.Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.Hands-on familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience in cloud infrastructure.Expertise in building, maintaining, and deploying applications with CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in cloud and software development environments.Strong debugging skills and algorithmic thinking.Nice-to-Have Skills:Prior experience in the accounting or financial services industry.Familiarity with AI tools and their application in process automation or analytics.Exposure to cloud-native technologies and infrastructure as code (IaC).Ability to design secure and compliant solutions for regulated industries.Participation in open-source projects or contributions to developer communities.Advanced knowledge of system architecture for large-scale, distributed applications.
