Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a CNC Operator/Programmer located in Ligonier, IN. The CNC Operator/Programmer will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, performing machining and milling tasks, maintaining machinery, and ensuring quality control. The role involves programming CNC machines and overseeing the machining process to meet production standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining tasksExperience with Milling and quality control proceduresKnowledge of machinery and equipment maintenanceAttention to detail and ability to perform accurate measurementsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPrior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is desirable
