A fast-growing trash chute services company specializing in the cleaning, repair, and construction of trash and linen chutes, is hiring chute installers / service technicians as 1099 contractors on a project-based, side gig basis. This role works like a true contractor position: when there's a job at a property, you head out, get it done, and you're done - there's no office to report to, no fixed shifts. You'll install, service, and repair trash chute systems at apartment communities, commercial properties, and construction sites - delivering quality workmanship while representing our client professionally on-site. This is ideal for someone already working in construction, maintenance, waste management, hauling, sanitation, or related trades who wants extra income and can manage their time alongside their existing work. Honest heads-up: this is physical, dirty work at times. You may encounter foul odors, trash buildup, leaks, pests, and unsanitary conditions. We're looking for people who can handle unpleasant environments professionally and safely - without complaining or cutting corners.
