You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, procurement, and government agencies to ensure smooth and successful project execution from pre-construction through close-out.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines in alignment with contract requirementsMaintain accurate project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily logsTrack budget expenditures and support project billing and invoicing processesAssist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services in accordance with government guidelinesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including Davis-Bacon, Section 3, and other applicable requirementsFacilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teamsSupport bid preparation, document control, and contract administration as neededConduct periodic site visits and support quality assurance/quality control effortsQualifications:3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, with a strong focus on government contractingUSA CitizenKnowledge of federal contracting procedures (FAR, DFARS) and public works complianceFamiliarity with prevailing wage, certified payroll, and other reporting requirementsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (but not required with equivalent experience)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Section 3, MBE/WBE, or DBE compliance trackingPROCOREOSHA 30 certification
