We’re experts in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics and distribution, marketing, design, and customer service — we don't just make it happen, we ensure it happens with excellence.We’re more than manufacturing, we’re MAT.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an extremely reliable Accounts Receivable professional with strong communication, math aptitude, analytical, and problem solving skills with experience working in a manufacturing environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers via email and customer portals regarding payment status of past due invoices (business to business collections)Research and resolve payment discrepancies (deduction management)Apply cash receipts in SAPPrepare various daily, monthly and quarterly reports utilizing SAP and ExcelObtain shipping documents and proof of deliveries from freight carriers by email or websiteOther projects as assigned QualificationsAssociate’s degree and/or comparable years of related experienceBasic knowledge of accounting conceptsSAP experience is preferred but not requiredComprehensive knowledge of Windows with a strong emphasis of Excel (intermediate level)Effective, professional, and clear communicatorHave the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume work environmentStrong organizational skills, detail oriented and self-motivatedSelf-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independentlyData entry with high level of accuracy and speed, especially 10 key (numeric keypad)Willingness to learn The pay range for this position is $21.50 to $26.50 per hour.
