Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule and Confirm appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
Proven administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
