If you are committed to helping people improve their well-being and achieve their health goals, then WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!Initial Schedule ~16-24 hours a week (including both Sat and Sun) and could expandExperience working in sales, fitness, spa, health/wellness, or consumer service environment is a plusWe offer a competitive salary with commissions and a free membershipPrimary Responsibilities:· You will handle all front desk operations, including check-ins, phone inquires, sales, customer care calls, change requests, new membership agreements and more· You will educate guests on the benefits of our light therapies and conduct engaging virtual and in-person video tours· You will be responsible for all lead management tasks including outbound calls to prospective members and reaching weekly and monthly quotas using our CRM· You will create exciting social media content to promote engagement and brand awareness· You will engage with members and create meaningful connections· You will build a fun, high-energy membership culture through contents, events, and promotions· You will deliver outstanding customer service through personalized care calls and follow-up· You will maintain a clean studio environment with light cleaning and sauna "refresh" between appointments including maintaining and organizing towel supplies· Adhere to company policies, maintain cleanliness and operational effectiveness of the studio, and project a favorable image of the local brand to promote its objectives and enhance public recognitionTraits for Success in this Role:· Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player· Results driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets· Passionate about health and wellness· Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and fellow team members· Consistently show a positive attitude and take responsibility for own actions· Good time management skills and the ability to multitaskRequirements:Physical Requirements:· Must be able to stand for an extended period of time· Must be able to lift 25 pounds· Must be able to demonstrate the saunas to members, which involves getting in and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings· Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as neededWhy Join the beem team?beem Light Sauna provides innovative light therapy options as the perfect essential wellness solution.
