Principal Software Engineer

What You'll Do As a Principal Software Engineer at Evolve Security, you'll take full ownership of building, shaping, and supporting the software that powers our cybersecurity solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will:Design, code, and debug production-ready softwareImprove the performance and reliability of existing systemsMentor and train other engineers to help them growMaintain, enhance, and modernize our software stackResearch and recommend new technologies to boost team productivityLead the technical direction and execution of projectsInvestigate and resolve software issues to ensure top-notch performanceCollaborate regularly with the team—sharing ideas, discussing roadmaps, and solving challengesWhat We're Looking For We're searching for a builder—someone who thrives in a small, fast-moving team and takes end-to-end ownership.
