Accounting Manager

OpportunityUnder the overall direction of the CFO, the Accounting Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of accounting including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, related party reimbursement requests, licensing, account reconciliations and general ledger accuracy. In addition, the Accounting Manager will assist with financial reporting, tax preparation, and planning.The Accounting Manager supervises the Finance Specialist position, and regularly meets with agency owners, managers, and other staff to fulfill their role. As a leader within the agency, the Accounting Manager is expected to lead by example demonstrating the Values of the Bitner Henry Insurance Group.
