Our mission is to create a new generation of boxers with style, sophistication, and sweat.POSITION:The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager and Lead Sales Associate with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into classes. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members. Passion for fitness and knowledge of the Rumble brand is required.REQUIREMENTS:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retailAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and emailMust have proficient computer skillsRESPONSIBILITIES :Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and enrollmentConduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual's needs, and wantsMaintain acceptable levels of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce objectives of studioPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the clubAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsOther duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & PERKS:This position offers a very competitive base rate; based on experienceCommission paid on salesOpportunity for bonus based on performancePowered by JazzHR
