The Unit Manager will oversee daily food service operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and supervise a team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with staff to maintain operational efficiency, and implementing company policies. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for monitoring budgets, training employees, and addressing any challenges that arise while maintaining a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectivelyExperience in food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining health and safety standardsProficiency in inventory management and cost controlEffective communication and problem-solving skillsOrganizational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilitiesFamiliarity with local and state food service regulations is beneficialA minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plusPrior experience in a food service management or supervisory role
