Education Coordinator (Douglasville, GA)

Your roleAs an Education Coordinator at Child Development Schools, you will serve as a coach, resource, and advocate for the educators across your assigned centers. Your work directly shapes the quality of education that over 30,000 children receive every day. You will spend your time in classrooms -- observing, coaching, and collaborating with teachers to strengthen their practice and improve outcomes for children and families.This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable delivering feedback to a new teacher and presenting to a leadership team -- someone who is passionate about early childhood education and motivated by the growth and development of the people around them.What you will doCollaborate with teachers to plan, implement, and continuously improve the HighReach Learning curriculum and activity plans across all age groupsConduct formal and informal classroom observations, sharing specific feedback with teachers and administration to recognize best practices and identify areas for growthEvaluate classroom environments using assessment tools including ITERS-R, ITERS-3, ECERS-R, ECERS-3, and SACERS, and provide actionable recommendations to improve program qualityProvide constructive, ongoing coaching and support to teachers, fostering continuous improvement in classroom practicesSupport positive staff-child interactions and promote a nurturing, inclusive environment across all assigned centersAssist with new employee training and mentorship, ensuring staff have the skills, knowledge, and access to resources needed to succeedSupport teacher and family retention by equipping educators with the tools and confidence to deliver quality experiencesAttend monthly Education Coordinator calls or review recordings to stay current on company goals, educational requirements, and best practicesFoster a welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers that contributes to center morale and community engagementPay and benefitsPay: $14- $16 based on experience and education.Full-time Employees ReceiveMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionsPaid holidays, vacation, and sick leaveUp to 50% tuition discount for your own children enrolled at a CDS centerEducation assistance to pursue your degreeFree access to online training and professional development resources
