We are seeking candidates with 4+ years of relevant banking IT experience who are local to the NYC area and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field4+ years of experience in banking IT or financial services technology roles, specifically in custody, securities services, or post-trade operationsDeep understanding of global custody processes including settlement, corporate actions, income processing, reconciliation, and client reportingProven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing BRDs, FRDs, or user storiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with root-cause analysis skillsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid project environments and tools such as ServiceNowProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or diagramming toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesCollaborative, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs including occasional after-hours workNice to Have Skills:Experience working directly with external vendors or in integrating cross-system solutionsKnowledge of banking regulatory and compliance standards related to custody operationsPrior experience with trade capture, settlement, asset servicing, or reconciliation systemsFamiliarity with project management methodologies beyond Agile, such as WaterfallPreferred Education and Experience: Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and extensive experience—ideally at least 4 to 8 years—in banking IT or related financial services technology roles will be well-suited for this position.
