Job DescriptionJob Title: Front-End Software Engineer (React)Overview / SummaryWe are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining client-side applications, primarily web-based and responsive applications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality user interfaces and user experiences through modern front-end technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, and advocate for user-centric solutionsDesign, develop, and deliver solutions using appropriate tools, languages, frameworks, and technologiesAlign development work with established architecture guidelinesCollaborate with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architectsCreate mock-ups and prototypes for new features and participate in UI design reviews and demosPerform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure qualityImprove application performance by fixing bugs and optimizing codeImplement new technologies to enhance development efficiencyApply programming best practices including cross-browser compatibility, SEO principles, and accessibility standardsDevelop user-friendly, interactive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or AngularStay current with emerging UI technologies and trendsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in front-end developmentExperience with front-end technologies such as React, Vue, or AngularExperience developing and maintaining customer-facing web applications using ReactBachelor’s DegreeWhat Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
