SACS creates an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and personal development. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Art Teacher role based in Shakopee, MN. The Art Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging art lessons that align with the school's curriculum. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, teaching various forms of art (such as painting, drawing, pottery and other art techniques), fostering creativity in the classroom, and ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students. The role may also involve organizing art displays or participating in school events. Qualifications Strong skills in Teaching and Art EducationExperience with Lesson Planning and Curriculum DevelopmentProficiency in Painting and other artistic techniquesAbility to foster a creative and inclusive environment for diverse learnersExcellent communication and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Education, Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related fieldTeaching license or certifications relevant to art education are preferredIt is preferred thay canidates are practing Catholics
