A company is looking for a Talent Development Program Manager to build and scale talent development programs. Key Responsibilities Design and scale programs that enhance manager capability and support employee growth Lead the execution of development programs from concept through delivery and iteration Facilitate engaging learning experiences and support critical capability-building initiatives Required Qualifications 4-7+ years of experience in talent development, program management, or a related field Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences and designing learning environments Proven ability to build or scale programs independently Strategic thinker with a curiosity about learning's impact on organizational effectiveness Ownership mindset with a motivation for high-impact work
