This hybrid role is based in Murfreesboro, TN, with the flexibility to perform some duties remotely. Responsibilities include providing individual, couples, teens/children (if you are able) therapy, conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support mental health needs.QualificationsProficient in providing therapy sessionsStrong skills in client assessment and the development of treatment plansKnowledge of case management, crisis intervention, and mental health servicesExceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in documentation and maintaining compliance with state reporting requirementsAbility to work independently in a hybrid setting and as part of a multidisciplinary teamLicensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Tennessee or ability to obtain licensureMust have a clinical supervisor Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practice approachesExperience with electronic medical records and telehealth services is a plusMaster’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
