Infusion Clinic Nurse Practitioner - American Fork

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the Ambulatory Infusion Center provides direct patient care, administers IV/ IM/ SC therapies, manages infusion-related care plans, and ensures safe and effective treatment in alignment with evidence-based clinical practice. The NP is responsible for using their licensure to obtain and maintain payer credentialing and reimbursement eligibility for the organization. Job Description: ?Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)Provide comprehensive, hands-on patient care including assessments, physical exams, and treatment of infusion therapy-related conditions. Prescribe and manage medications related to infusion care, in compliance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements.
