Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient medical record; and checking of IV products. Interacting with healthcare professionals and providers to help promote safe medication use, prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications; provide clinical pharmacy services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacist interventions).Schedule: Monday-Friday, variable hours (hours may vary based on departmental needs). You are required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health.Hourly Salary Range: $91.06-$106.67Bargaining Unit: HX-UPTEQualifications We are seeking an exceptionally-skilled and compassionate pharmacist with the following qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy DegreeCalifornia Pharmacy licenseASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy practice experience in oncologyRecent clinical oncology experience (within 5 years)Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferredPrevious infusion pharmacy experience preferredEPIC/Beacon experience preferredExceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skillsKnowledge of and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculationsRequired to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health#J-18808-Ljbffr
