B2B Account Representative

Job DescriptionWe are an established embroidery and screen print company located in Big Bend, serving other businesses throughout the United States. We are seeking a B2B Account Representative person to join our Team! We have been in business for 35+ years and are growing.You will be working directly with customers on the phone, via email and in person. You will be part of a team, communicating with past and current customers as well as targeting potential customers that are in our niche market. This is a non-commissioned position so you will have steady and reliable income; 401K and PTO will be available after a short period.Previous experience in our industry is beneficial but we are willing to train the right person.This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday. 8 – 4:30ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasPrepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryBe able to build long-term relationships with customersForecast and track key account metricsResponsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationshipsRequirementsWork experience as an Account Manager or similar relevant roleFamiliar with CRM software and Microsoft WindowsExperience in the screen printing, embroidery or promotional product business preferred (we will train those without experience)Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work effectively in a Team Environment and independentlyMarketing experienceSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentNatural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturityAbility to prioritize among competing tasksCritical thinking and problem solving skillsKeen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
