Demonstrates strategic agility; understands business issues and anticipates future trends and consequences; positively copes with change; applies knowledge and skills effectively in new environments.In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment that will together with external partners to perform rollouts in record time.What we offer you:You will be responsible for the realization of challenging SAP rollouts and projects as part of our Global SAP teamLead SAP TM projects from initiation to successful completion.Manage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues and objections.Manage timelines, budgets and quality without compromise.Shape group wide digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into solutions that simplify and strengthen core business processes.Defining, orchestrating, and steering essential work packages across diverse cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilizationManage overall services relationship end-to-end, steering committees and project office, between SIKA, SI partner and Central SAP template teamEnsure transparency and rigorous risk managementSecure alignment across senior stakeholders and anchors delivered solutions sustainably in the organization.Hand on approach on SAP TM suiteVigilantly securing robust change, quality, and risk management protocols within all assigned projects, mitigating potential disruptions and upholding standards.Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 + BonusQualificationsYour expertise - Our strength:Worked as project manager in SAP Transportation Management initiative for at least 3- 5 yearsExperience in planning various phases of TM implementation from project initiation, Fit gap, Build, Testing, Go live and hypercare supportWell-versed with various features, cutover tasks, business activities required for the successful completion of the SAP TM implementation / rollout projectStrong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of SAP Transportation Management moduleYou show empathy and resilience, and you take responsibility when the situation becomes demandingReadiness to travel extensivelyFluent in English; any additional language (e.g., Spanish) is welcomed.We offer 1 day of home office per week.Please note that only candidates with valid U.S. work authorization or a transferable visa that allows employment in the United States can be considered.
