Full-time, true generalist Anesthesiologist needed for an ongoing locum position in Des Moines, Iowa. This role requires broad clinical skills across multiple service lines and in-house call duties, including weekends.Assignment details include a start date ASAP, a full-time schedule, and compensation up to $450/hour. The practice setting encompasses hospital and surgical center environments within a Level II Trauma Center, with support from CRNAs and tech staff (no AAs). Providers will work independently at times with occasional CRNA supervision.Clinical cases involve general, orthopedic, urology, robotics, cardiac, and pediatric anesthesia. Candidates must have strong generalist skills, proficiency in regional techniques, cardiac TEE certification, and pediatric fellowship. EMR systems include Epic and paper charting. Required credentials are BC/BE, ACLS, BLS, and flu vaccination.
