Pay:  $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Job description: Project Manager – Permitting & Expediting In-Person | Full-Time | South Florida About the Role: East of Collins Expediting is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and accountable Permit Project Manager to oversee permitting projects from start to finish. This role involves client communication, documentation management, and coordination with city agencies to ensure a seamless approval process. The Project Manager will report to City Managers and play a critical role in managing expectations, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering results. Maintain up-to-date records in Zoho CRM  and update city dashboards with project statuses and notes. Prepare and submit permit applications to government agencies. Occasionally handle in-person permit submissions or pick-ups when needed. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with clients throughout the permitting process and managetheir expectations effectively. Request and review construction documents  from clients, property owners, and contractors. Coordinate with designers and contractors to resolve project comments. Organize and assign tasks to expeditors using Zoho Cliq . Inspections & Compliance: Schedule inspections and notify clients of their assigned routes. Attend inspections as needed. Ensure all required county, state, and sub-permits  are obtained. Administrative & Financial Responsibilities: Work closely with the Accounting Department  to finalize project files and ensure proper billing. Support City Managers  with additional tasks as needed. Requirements: -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills -Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred) -Familiarity with permitting and regulatory processes (preferred) -Reliable transportation for occasional deliveries/pickups Additional Job Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, in office work Application Question(s): Do you have a dependable car  that you do not share?
