Case Management Supervisor

Revive Therapeutic Services is committed to making mental health support more accessible to those in need.This is a full-time position for a Case Management Supervisor based in Providence, RI. The Case Management Supervisor will oversee the delivery of case management services, provide guidance and support to case management staff, and coordinate the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and policies, and collaborating with clients to assess and address their needs effectively.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Supervision:-Directly supervise and provide guidance to case managers, ensuring adherence toprinciples and organizational policies.-Maintain comprehensive knowledge related platforms (e.g., WellSky HumanServices, CSM) and guide staff on their use.-Conduct regular team meetings to discuss best practices, address challenges, and promotecollaboration.-Provide feedback, coaching and training to case managers to ensure alignment -Address concerns and provide escalation support for complex cases.-Complete written reports as assigned.Compliance and Integrity:-Monitor all case management activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, andorganizational standards for conflict-free case management.-Conduct reviews and audits of case files to uphold quality and ethical standards. Conduct onehome visit with Case managers.-Ensure that case managers adhere to timelines established by EOHHS, DHS/regulatoryguidelines in reaching out to participants ensuring appropriate documentation.Administrative Support & Team Collaboration:-Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services on workflow, staffing needs, and programupdates.-Provide support in evaluating caseload distribution, staffing efficiency, and client outcomes.-Contribute to policy updates, training materials, and process improvement initiatives-Assigning Case management casesQualifications:-Associate required, Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology,Nursing, Gerontology, or a related field strongly preferred, equivalent combination ofeducation and relevant experience will be considered.-Two years of experience in case management, with prior supervisory or leadershipexperience strongly preferred.-Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage shifting prioritiesand provide team guidance.- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.-Willingness to travel throughout the state of Rhode Island.BenefitsHealth, dental, life and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysMileage reimbursementProfessional development and training opportunities401(k) matchingSupportive and mission-driven work cultureRevive Therapeutic Services is an equal opportunity employer.
