If you're ready to take ownership, solve challenges, and lead complex builds with confidence, this is your opportunity to make an impact at Blair Construction.What You Will DoLead projects from contract signing through final closeout and warrantyDevelop, manage, and communicate project schedules in coordination with superintendents and subcontractorsCoordinate and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change ordersConduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and field leadershipPrepare monthly pay applications and review subcontractor payment requestsOversee procurement, delivery schedules, and supplier coordinationPartner with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, and productivityRepresent Blair in owner and architect project coordination meetingsManage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and financial performanceEnsure all project requirements are completed, including inspections and Certificate of OccupancyWhat You BringRequiredCollege degree required.
