Other duties may be assigned.Add Essential Duties And Responsibilities According To Position.Troubleshoot any problem on a Haas machine within their discipline, mechanical or electrical.Troubleshoot basic machine geometry problems.Design assembly tooling that is rugged and simple to use as well as design logical floor plans for manufacturing.Ownership of their projects and drive all aspects to completion.Meet aggressive deadlines consistently and work well independently.Solve most manufacturing problems on the shop floor as well as develop manufacturing procedures for new and existing product lines.Design a manufacturing process, including tooling, work instructions, labor standards, facility layouts, and spec out equipment.May act as lead to junior employees within the department.
