The result: measurement confidence at every stage, enabling customers to push boundaries and measure what mattersJob description:In this role, you will support and coordinate order fulfillment activities—primarily for service, as well as rental and system sales—while contributing to inside sales initiatives and marketing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate order execution, supporting revenue-generating campaigns, and maintaining high-quality customer data.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Order Fulfillment & OperationsManage order processing in IFS Cloud, including purchase orders and service-related transactionsCoordinate ordering of parts, equipment, and inventory for service and application needsProcess and track service, rental, and system sales orders end-to-end Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and properly documented in the systemUpdate Business Opportunities and reconcile with orders at month-endClose service cases and work orders in a timely mannerProcess incoming deliveries for the Irvine officeMaintain accurate serial object data and system records in IFS CloudMarketing & CRM SupportMaintain and update customer and contact data in CRM systems (IFS Cloud)Enter and qualify new leads to support marketing and sales pipelinesEnsure ongoing data quality through regular database cleanup and validationAssist in executing marketing campaigns and supporting website updatesSupport event planning, coordination, and logisticsInside Sales & Campaign ExecutionSupport and execute inside sales initiatives, including calibration campaignsConduct outbound calling campaigns to support sales programs and customer outreachIdentify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagementQualifications:Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teamsAnalytical Skills for problem-solving, data review, and process improvementAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM software and order fullfilment systems is a plusTeam player that knows how to collaborate effectively
