Human Resources Manager
*Job Overview* As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. *Responsibilities* - Lead and manage the HR team in executing day-to-day HR operations - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals - Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates - Conduct employee orientation and facilitate training programs - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations - Administer benefits programs and manage workers' compensation claims - Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity *Experience* - Proven experience in negotiating and supervising HR functions - Strong background in talent management and strategic HR planning - In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and principles - Proficiency in HR software such as Paylocity or Paychex is preferred - Familiarity with workers' compensation processes - Excellent understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
