SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESDuffy Kruspodin is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of their most loyal clients, Hayes Company Insurance Brokers, an insurance firm based in Simi Valley, California. This role supports client service and office operations in a fast‑paced environment and is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high‑quality support while managing multiple priorities.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to support clients and office operations in a fast‑paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure, manages multiple priorities well, and values long‑term stability.KEY COMPETENCIES:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Provide accurate and timely information regarding policies, coverage, and billing.Assist in resolving client complaints and issues with a professional and empathetic demeanor.Process policy endorsements, changes, and renewals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.Maintain and update client records in our agency management software (AMS 360 or similar).Collaborate with the sales team to support new business efforts and renewal processes.Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products to existing clients.Follow standard procedures for receiving, storing, and maintaining client records.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferredPrior office‑based customer service or administrative experienceInsurance exposure preferred (industry experience not required)Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systemsProfessional, detail‑oriented, and dependableBENEFITS:Health, Dental and Retirement PlanPaid time offProfessional development assistance
