Construction Assistant Superintendent

Job Description Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Assistant Superintendent to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD Large projects over $20mm Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat we Offer: Substantial room for growth We promote from within We provide training and professional developmentPositive team environment Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000Additional Benefits: 401k with matching Healthcare Paid vacation & holidays Vehicle allowance (negotiable) Housing (negotiable) Performance bonus Christmas bonus
