We're a small, fast-moving team, and our interns ship code that real users rely on.About the RoleWe're looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join our product engineering team. You'll work alongside senior engineers on features across our web app, backend services, and the automation and AI systems behind job matching and auto-apply. You'll get hands-on mentorship, real ownership, and a clear path to a full-time role.What You'll DoBuild and ship features across our frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Node.js)Develop and integrate REST APIs that power core product workflowsHelp build LLM-powered features such as search, summarization, and content generationWrite clean, tested code and participate in code reviewsDebug issues, fix bugs, and improve performance and user experienceCollaborate with product and design to turn feedback into working featuresLearn engineering fundamentals: Git workflows, testing, CI/CD, and monitoringWhat We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing (or recently completed) a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOPWorking knowledge of at least one language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or JavaBasic familiarity with web development and REST APIsPersonal projects, open-source work, hackathons, or prior internships that show you build thingsCuriosity about AI/LLMs and eagerness to learn fastClear communication and a collaborative attitudeAvailability for [3-6 months]Nice to HaveExperience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or RAGExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DockerA public GitHub profile or portfolioWhat You'll GetMonthly stipendDirect mentorship from senior engineers and foundersReal ownership of production featuresInternship certificate and letter of recommendationPre-placement offer (PPO) opportunity based on performanceFlexible, high-trust work culture
