The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a cohesive, cross-functional approach to position the products effectively and address critical unmet needs in cancer care. This role involves owning the lifecycle planning and success of GU cancers, expanding access to personalized testing, and establishing tumor-specific goals. The Head of GU Oncology Lifecycle Management will also be a critical member of clinical, medical, and commercial teams, monitoring performance, and mitigating risks to ensure the clinical and commercial success of the oncology solutions. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and 8-10 years of experience in product marketing and market analytics, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. A background in GU oncology market experience is strongly preferred, along with previous KOL management experience and a working knowledge of oncology molecular testing and biomarkers. The role requires the ability to lead without authority, influence and inspire individuals, and a proven track record of strategic agility and enterprise mindset. Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented focus, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
