This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation work and wants meaningful responsibility in a trial-oriented environment.About the Role This position supports a busy construction litigation team representing owners, contractors, developers, and construction professionals across the full lifecycle of disputes. Matters include bid protests, claim preparation and negotiation, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Due to sustained demand and a growing pipeline of work, the team is adding a key associate to support continued expansion. Associates in this group benefit from direct partner interaction, substantive courtroom exposure, and the chance to play a visible role on complex matters rather than being siloed into narrow tasks.Ideal Background The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 6 years of complex litigation experience, with a strong foundation in motion practice and discovery.
