LPN / RN Charge Nurse - Multiple Shifts

Job Description DescriptionWe are looking for a Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse, responsible for overseeing resident care and managing nursing staff to ensure high-quality healthcare services. Key duties include assessing residents' health, administering treatments and medications, and monitoring overall well-being. The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs, provides guidance, and ensures accurate documentation. They collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers, addressing concerns and coordinating treatments.
