Position Overview The Patient Scheduler serves as a primary point of contact for patients and external partners, ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in patient access, insurance verification, and coordination between patients and clinical teams—delivering compassionate, detail‑oriented support in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
