Project Manager – Majesco Insurance PlatformLocation: Jersey City, NJJob SummarySeeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Majesco implementations and the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving Majesco Policy, Billing, and Claims solutions while managing scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Majesco implementation projects.Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.Coordinate Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and QA teams.Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.Oversee implementations of Majesco Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.Ensure successful integration with external systems and APIs.Drive project delivery while maintaining quality standards.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Project/Program Management experience.Proven experience delivering Majesco implementations or similar insurance platforms.Strong understanding of:Policy AdministrationUnderwritingBilling & CollectionsClaims ManagementExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and middleware technologies.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.Experience in large-scale insurance transformation programs.Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments.Experience managing global or distributed teams.
