Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an outstanding bar experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including processing payments and issuing receipts Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing drink menus to excite our guests’ palates Restock bar supplies efficiently while monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest identification to promote safety Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards at all times Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately Previous experience with beverage presentation techniques and cocktail crafting is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling procedures and hospitality industry regulations is preferred Join us as a Bartender where your passion for drinks and exceptional service will elevate our guests’ experience!
